Thank you for your interaction with Monovant. We are committed to protecting your rights and providing superior service. Your use of our services means complete agreement with all our policies regarding warranty, shipping and import duties, refunds, intellectual property rights, legal, and privacy.
Warranty
All Monovant watches are being manufactured according to strict quality standards. We guarantee our products against material and manufacturing faults for a period of 2 (two) to 5 (five) years, as specified on each product’s page, from the date of purchase.
We will repair or replace any defective watch or watch part free of charge, however, subject to the right to charge for shipping costs. After the specified year period, repairs can be subject to a service for a charge. To benefit from this Warranty, you will be required to present the guarantee card, with the embedded NFC not altered or re-programmed in any way. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, this Warranty shall be the exclusive manufacturer warranty. This warranty covers any necessary repairs but is not transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty excludes damage from natural disasters, thirdparty services, normal use, or misuse. Please notice that although we take great pride in the exceptional quality of stone dials, having developed our own anti-shock paste, the breaking of the dial is not covered by the warranty as it is delicate and must be prevented from hard vibrations or misuse of any kind. If your dial breaks, we will be happy to replace it for a charge.
Specifically, this warranty does not cover:
1. Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire or water
2. Defects and damages resulting from deliberate misuse or negligence, or from an accident.
3. Defects and damages caused by improper use (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.), alteration, dismantling or repair by anyone other than Monovant.
4. Defects and damages due to normal wear and tear
5. Defects such as a break, crack, and/or discolouration of the stone dial.​​
Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days after your payment clears. Once your order ships, you will receive an automated tracking email from info(@)monovant.com. Don’t forget to check your spam folder in case it has accidentally landed there. For pre-order purchases, shipping times may vary and are specified on the pre-order page.
For shipments outside of Greece we solely use FedEx’s service of International Priority. Therefore, during the days of the delivery, your parcel is moving through the FedEx shipping network and all updates are displayed via your tracking link. In case there is an issue after 10 days have passed, please email us at info(@)monovant.com, and we will investigate on your behalf.
FedEx will try to deliver the shipment on three occasions. After that, the shipment may be returned to us. Exact shipping times depend on the destination and customs. You can track your parcel using the tracking link provided to you. Please contact us within 12 hours after the purchase for shipping insurance options.
Importation fees
International shipments may be subject to import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any customs importation fees or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control. If you refuse delivery of your order due to a customs charge, your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund. If you are unsure, please contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note that for all purchases, Monovant is required to declare the full retail value of the timepiece or item(s) in the shipment. We are unable to under-declare shipment values.
Refund Policy
Although we always strive to do our best for you to remain satisfied with your purchase, returns are part of being an online retailer. Monovant offers all customers free returns on all original and unworn watches within 14 days of receipt. Please note that any attempt to remove the bracelet, strap, labels and/or stickers will make the watch ineligible for return or refund.
Please email us at info(@)monovant.com within 14 days of receiving the watch, together with a copy of your invoice and your unique order number so we can locate your order. A member of our team will then be in touch to provide a return shipping label. Shipping fees may be applicable.
Once we receive your item and confirm its status, we will immediately process your refund to the same payment method used at checkout. The exact time taken for the funds to be returned to your account depends on the method of payment and your bank's processing times. Please contact your bank for more information.
Please note: All pre-ordered watches are one-of-a-kind and made-to-order, so the regular 14-day return window does not apply, with all orders being final. Should you change your mind after placing your order and after the pre-order window closes, Monovant will honour any cancellations and offer a full refund considering your item adheres to the process outlined above.
Any returns that fail to adhere to the processes outlined above are uninsured during transit and are undertaken at your own risk. Any damage or loss of the package during shipping will not be covered.
We reserve the right to refuse any unapproved returns or returns initiated after the 14-day return period has elapsed. We also reserve the right to refuse any returns received in used or non-original condition.

Intellectual Property Rights

The proprietary rights of the Monovant’s service, encompassing its "look and feel" and proprietary content, rest exclusively with Monovant. Monovant’s intellectual property, including its name, logo, trademarks, and product/service names, necessitates prior written permission for any use or imitation. It is strictly forbidden to download, distribute, or use any software to analyze or modify the digital versions of your watch. Any breach of the privacy laws mentioned will result in legal action taken against the person who conducted such action.
